TruMediq Consulting was founded by the team behind TruMediq Mental Health, a fully operational psychiatry practice (visit TruMediq.com). From launching our own practice in Florida and Maryland, we pioneered web-based workflows, EMR integrations, co-pay systems, coding/compliance protocols, and credentialing operations—all built from scratch to deliver comprehensive, high quality mental health services virtually and in-office TrumediqTrumediq.
Having successfully established our own practice, we recognized that many providers hesitate at the complexity of launching a clinic—from entity formation to payer credentialing to billing systems. That’s why we created TruMediq Consulting: to empower other medical professionals to launch their own practices without the legal, regulatory, and operational headaches, leveraging the proven systems we’ve already built and tested.

TruMediq Consulting is led by experienced healthcare administrators, consultants, clinicians, and practice owners who understand healthcare from both the operational and clinical perspectives.
After successfully launching and growing TruMediq Mental Health, our founders established TruMediq Consulting to help physicians and other healthcare professionals build, manage, and expand successful practices. Our guidance is grounded in real-world experience—not theory alone.
Sabih Iqbal, MD
Founder & Managing Director of Clinical Administration
Dr. Sabih Iqbal is an Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatrist with experience providing psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Iqbal co-founded TruMediq Mental Health and successfully developed it into a growing psychiatric practice providing telehealth and in-person services. His experience includes clinical program development, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, patient-care workflows, documentation standards, quality oversight, and the delivery of accessible behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
As Managing Director of Clinical Administration, Dr. Iqbal ensures that TruMediq Consulting’s recommendations are clinically practical, patient-centered, and aligned with the realities of modern healthcare delivery. He works with clients to develop practices that support high-quality patient care while remaining operationally efficient and positioned for sustainable growth.
Danish Iqbal, MBA
Founder & Managing Director of Healthcare Administration
Danish Iqbal is a healthcare administrator, management consultant, and entrepreneur with more than 16 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations, government agencies, and complex business operations.
His background includes consulting and operational work supporting organizations such as the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, as well as extensive management consulting experience with IBM and other firms. Throughout his career, Danish has helped organizations improve workflows, implement technology, strengthen financial and administrative controls, and manage large-scale operational initiatives.
As co-founder of TruMediq Mental Health, Danish led the development of the practice’s administrative infrastructure, including business formation, payer credentialing, revenue cycle management, billing operations, EMR implementation, compliance, marketing, staffing, and patient-access workflows. He now brings this practical experience to healthcare professionals seeking to launch, improve, or expand their own practices.
Danish holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
